It's their nature to persevere - Los Angeles Times

I think these are the saddest of the stories to come out of the fires last fall.  So much lost history, memories, livelihoods.  I almost wish I could find my old tenth grade English teacher who left teaching to start a company to record and preserve the memories and stories of the older generations, ask him to go down and talk to this couple while they’re still here to tell their stories.
